Watko Benefit Group is always evaluating ways to make it easier for our clients to do business with us. Frequently our small group clients are frustrated with the process of completing health insurance enrollment forms with a variety of companies in order to get underwriting results. We often hear, “Wouldn’t it be nice to complete one form and have it go to all of the vendors in the marketplace?” With EasyAppsOnline, a web-based health insurance application processing system, we are able to deliver more efficient results and ease the process of completing health insurance applications.

- Personal information is protected by a 256-bit VeriSign SSL Certificate. This is the highest level of security available on the Internet. In addition, EasyAppsOnline encrypts social security numbers and other proprietary information.
- Employee applications are signed online using a unique Digital Signature technology to make the employee's enrollment experience completely paperless. This signature is bound to the data provided by the employee and if any changes were to occur, the signature would reset and the enrollee would be asked to resign and validate their data. This signature works just like a real signature and is accepted by the insurance carriers. Signature support is also available for spouse and dependent signatures.
How To Get Started
- Download the census form here. Complete this form with your employee information and e-mail it to Watko Benefit Group at jperez@watkobenefit.com.
- Watko Benefit Group will complete the setup and upload your census information to EasyAppsOnline. We will notify you that this is complete and provide you with instructions sheets for your employees (see sample here).
- Employees use the instructions provided to go online and complete their application using the password provided in the instructions. You can monitor the enrollment progress, run reports, and manage your employees with an easy-to-use interface.
- Once all applications are complete, the enrollment is closed and applications are sent to the insurance carriers to their own secure portal within EasyAppsOnline. The insurance companies can review the applications and provide quotes more accurately and efficiently using this process.
